The NEW! Telstra Business Broadband Plans let you ‘pick and choose’ the ideal package for your particular business. The new plans have been simplified and your download speed is no longer dependent on your plan. Your business gets the fastest possible download speed that is available from Telstra Business Broadband ADSL in your area. So for eligible customers in an ADSL 2+ zone that’s up to 20Mbps and up to 8Mbps in many other areas10. Based on the latest Telstra tests, about 70% of our customers in 8Mbps areas can access speeds around 6Mbps or more; and about 50% of customers in 20Mbps areas can access speeds of around 10Mbps or more.
You can also save 33% with our 5GB plan for $40 when bundled with an eligible Telstra Business full service fixed line for 24 months. By bundling, you’ll save up to $30 off all non-bundled plans. See more details in the table below.

Things you need to know
- The maximum chargeable amount for additional usage per month is $400.00 per service in a single billing period on new plans only. This means there is no additional usage charge applied when you reach $400 in additional usage per month.
- Device dependent and available through IPSEC capabilities on Telstra Purchased Cisco Router. This feature can be set up and configured through Broadband Extra’s Router Support Service or enabled through Business Support. Additional charges apply.
- One primary address and four secondary email addresses provided per mailbox, including 100MB storage per mailbox and spam and virus filtering. SMTP facility included with BusinessMail POP has certain limitations, including: the number of emails that may be sent which is 25 emails every 10 minutes, the total email size for every email sent including attachments is 10MB and the number of simultaneous connections to SMTP gateway per IP address is limited so that only one email can exit at any point in time which other emails queue behind this email.
- Subject to domain name availability. To meet the eligibility criteria for .com.au, .net.au or.org.au domain names, your requested domain name must be an exact match, abbreviation or acronym of your name or trade mark or be closely and substantially connected to you.
- For .au domain types, registration and hosting for 24 months. For non .au domain types, registration and hosting for 12 months. Renewal fees will be charged after initial registration. Each .com domain name will automatically renew unless you advise us otherwise. Initial business domain name registered where you take up any of the included business mail pop mailboxes. If you acquire multiple Telstra Business Broadband services then you must associate the included ten (10) Business Mail POP mailboxes with a separate domain name for each Telstra Business Broadband service.
- Unless you have chosen a plan with an unlimited traffic allowance, if your total uploads exceed your total downloads by a ratio of 4:1 in any given month, we may charge you 4.4c for each additional MB of data you upload in that month in excess of the 4:1 ratio.
- Subject to our Acceptable Usage policy.
- Your Telstra Business Broadband service and eligible BusinessLine service must reside on the same Telstra Billing account. ADSL not available in all areas. Minimum cost of Telstra Business Broadband with BusinessLine® Select for 24 months is $1,918.80, $2,398.80, $2,878.80, $3,358.80, $4,078.80, $5,278.80, $6,478.80 and $7,678.80 on a 5GB, 15GB, 30GB, 50GB, 100GB, 200GB, 300GB and Unlimited plan respectively, plus usage charges. If you cancel your qualifying BusinessLine service or remove it from your account, you will be charged a higher access fee for your internet service.
- Access fee for your internet service. ADSL not available in all areas. Minimum cost for 24 month term on standalone plan is $1,440, $1,920 $2,400, $3,120, $3,840, $5,040, $6,240 and $7,440 on a 5GB, 15GB, 30GB, 50GB, 100GB, 200GB, 300GB and Unlimited plan respectively, plus usage charges.
- Maximum download speeds are based on Telstra tests. Average speeds will be lower and actual speeds vary due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, your exchange, your location, internet traffic, your equipment and software. You may need a new modem to access speeds above of 8Mbps.
